Elle qualified as an RGN in 2013 and worked on a Men’s Medical ward before settling in A&E. With previous experience in customer services and recruitment Elle felt Jarrodean was a good fit as a ‘Nurse-led’ business we understand what it is like to be a Healthcare Professional including the work/ life balance and the challenges facing them.
Elle joined the Jarrodean team in April 2023 and looks after our Independent Sector part of the businrss. This includes our Private Hospital clients and other non-NHS and non-Care Home sector clients. With Elle’s A&E background she also looks after our NHS111 Clinical Advisor vacancies.
Elle uses her insider knowledge to match the right candidates to the roles that suit them best.
In her spare time, Elle likes to escape into a good book, play boardgames with her children or take them on muddy romps through the woods.
