We are seeking a capable and experienced Band 6 Senior Staff Nurse to the busy Outpatients and Day Assessment Unit team at their major health facility on the beautiful Island of Guernsey, in the Channel Islands.
The Day Assessment Unit provides care for patients attending Outpatients, visiting Consultant clinics and the IV Therapy Service. The Outpatient Unit provides treatment and interventions in Orthopaedic, Dermatology and Phototherapy.
Please note; Guernsey has adopted the AfC banding system, but have applied their own salary scale.
The current Guernsey Band 6 salary is up to £49,449 plus an annual bonus of £1,350 and higher unsocial hours enhancements; 36% evening/Saturday and 72% Sunday/BH.
Annual leave starts at 36 days up to 42 days with full credit for NHS service for annual leave and sick leave.

Registered Nurse with full registration with the NMC.
Two years post-registration experience including current or recent experience in an Outpatient or Day Procedure setting.
Competent in IV drug administration
Experienced in IV Cannulation or willingness to undertake training
