New 77 Bedded Care Home soon to open in Norwich
Applications are invited from suitably-experienced senior Care Home personnel to lead the team at our clients soon-to-open 77-beddedresidential Nursing and Care Home in Norwich, Norfolk.
The salary range is negotiable and applications from candidates with higher salary expectations are welcome, based on skills, qualifications and previous experience.
A current NMC PIN is preferable but we are able to consider non-Nurse applicants able to evidence previous care home management experience.
You will draw upon your extensive expertise and leadership skills, as you will be responsible for the running of all aspects of the home, ensuring it runs as efficiently as possible whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality, care excellence, parallel with the commercial success of the home.

Person requirements:
– Current or recent Manager or Deputy Home Manager experience.
– Have a proven track record in the management and delivery of high-quality care
– Possess strong commercial acumen
– Have excellent communicative skills
– Demonstrate excellent leadership
