Applications are invited from suitably-experienced Registered Nurses (Adult, Mental Health or LD) to lead the team as Care Home Manager at our clients 17 bedded Complex Care Home on the beautiful Island of Guernsey, in the Channel Islands.
This family run and privately operated employer comprises four homes providing Nursing, Residential and Dementia Care across Guernsey who are committed to ongoing professional development.
Residents are of mixed ages some under 65 and include; Complex medical needs, Unstable diabetes, PEG feeding, Challenging behaviour and Dementia.
The high standards of this is organisation is reliant on the excellent calibre of Nurses at all levels recruited to a very high standard.
The island of Guernsey is in the Channel Islands and has a population of 65,000. It has some of Britain’s finest and best-kept beaches, an especially mild and sunny climate, and an offbeat, historic harbour town in St. Peter’s Port, the island’s capital.
Person requirements:
Registered Nurse with valid NMC Registration.
Current or recent experience at Deputy Care Home Manager level or above
Passionate about working with as part of a small committed team, delivering quality care.
