We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic Operating Theatre Scrub Practitioner to join our clients busy Day Surgery theatre team at their acute hospital site located in the Westend of Glasgow.
This is a full-time post but we are able to consider applications from candidates seeking to negotiate a part-time hours opportunity. 
This unique unit has the objective that all team members become multi-skilled in the Admission, Ward, Scrub and Discharge roles so there is an excellent opportunity for Theatre Practitioners to develop their skills in the Admission, Ward and Discharge roles.

Our client is a major provider of UK independent healthcare; engaging some of Scotlands top Consultant Surgeons and experienced healthcare specialists, this centre of excellence delivers a high standard of Surgical care supported by state-of-the-art equipment.
Day Surgery lists include; specialities include Endoscopy, Ophthalmology, Urology and local anaesthetic surgeries

Person requirements
RGN or ODP with full registration with the NMC or HCPC.
At least six months experience in Operating Theatres in the Scrub Practitioner role
We will also consider articulate and motivated graduate ODPs with a proven desire to develop into the Scrub Practitioner role in a multi-list Day Surgery setting.
