We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic Operating Theatre Recovery Practitioner to join our clients busy theatre team at their acute hospital site located in Leicester.
This is a full-time post but we are able to consider applications from candidates seeking to negotiate a part-time hours opportunity. Equally, candidates seeking a permanent night duty role are welcome to apply

Their Leicester Hospital has 28 ensuite inpatient beds, 2 Laminar flow theatres, Endoscopy Suite, minor treatment room and 14 consulting rooms.
Main clinical specialities include; Orthopaedics, General Surgery, ENT, Gynae, Urology, Cosmetics, Ophthalmology and Paediatrics.
This centre of excellence delivers a high standard of Surgical care supported by state-of-the-art equipment.
Person requirements
RGN or ODP with full registration with the NMC or HCPC.
At least one year’s Theatre experience in the Recovery Practitioner role, with proficiencies in recovering patients in at least two of the above lists
Orthopaedic experience is desireable but not essential.
We may also consider articulate and motivated graduate ODPs with a proven desire to develop into the Recovery Practitioner role in a multi-speciality setting.
