We are seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist to lead the Physio and OT service at our client’s 19-bedded charitable Hospice based in Central London (Travelcard Zone 1). This role is within easy reach of TfL and National Rail services.
You will be responsible for the management and daily running of the Hospice Therapy Team.
To co-ordinate and manage the provision of therapy services across the inpatient Unit, day services unit and community, providing clinical direction and leadership for the hospice therapy team.
You will work within the Hospice Therapy team to provide a high quality physiotherapy/OT services to a complex patient caseload with specialist palliative care needs, demonstrating high level clinical reasoning and communication skills.
An established charity-status centre of excellence for over 160 years, this specialist 19 bedded unit adjoining their acute 60-bed Hospital offers comprehensive palliative care to a wide variety of patients with life-limiting illnesses.

Person requirements
Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist with full HCPC registration.
Current or recent UK-based Hospice or Palliative Care experience.
Experience in the teaching of junior Therapists and students.
