Offering three months free accommodation – we are seeking a capable and enthusiastic Band 5 Senior Operating Theatre (Scrub) Practitioner to join the major health facility on the beautiful Island of Guernsey, in the Channel Islands.
We also have opportunities for an Anaesthetic and/or Recovery Practitioner, and applications from dual or multi-skilled candidates are particularly welcomed.
Please note; Guernsey has adopted the AfC banding system, but have applied their own salary scale.
The current Guernsey Band 5 salary range is £34876 to £44981 plus an annual bonus of £1,517 and higher unsocial hours enhancements; 36% evening/Saturday and 72% Sunday/BH.
Annual leave starts at 36 days up to 42 days with full credit for NHS service for annual leave and sick leave.

Guernsey provides excellent perioperative care, supported by modern equipment and reliant on Theatre Practitioners recruited to a high standard.
RGN or ODP with full registration with the NMC or HCPC as applicable.
At least one year’s Operating Theatre experience; including capable and articulate graduate ODPs with a particular interest in developing further into the Scrub Practitioner role.
