Applications are invited from experienced Care Coordinators seeking to take the next step as Deputy Manager of our clients Complex Health & Social Care service based in Bristol. 

With high standards of clinical governance, this is a Complex Care organisation clinically led by both senior Mental Health and General Nurses.
Their collective experience in complex physical and mental health care means they can work with clients who have very complex needs, providing  highly personalised, client-centred care in their own homes or community settings.
Rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission (England) and registered with the Care Inspectorate Wales, you will join an experienced and stable team of committed staff, supported by senior clinicians to meet our clients’ evolving needs.

Reporting to the Registered Manager, you will;
Support the delivery, monitoring and continuous improvement of the complex care services 
Provide day-to-day operational leadership across the service, ensuring that care is safe, effective, responsive, caring and well-led.
Respond to short-notice staffing changes
Liaise with clinicians, commissioners, families, MDTs and other stakeholders
Deputise in the absence of the Registered Manager 
Take part in the on-call rota

Person requirements:
• At least 12 months Care Coordinator experience
• A knowledge of CQC regulations, and the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014
• Personal qualities to include; flexible, adaptable, confident to work without supervision and calm under pressure.
• A current driving licence and access to a vehicle
• A commitment to a flexible approach to meet the needs of the service.
• The desire to work as part of a team and an organisation committed to person-centred care.

At least 12 months right to work in the UK.

To note:
• Employer sponsorship may be offered with this post subject to six month probation period, but you will need to have your own right to work status to commence employment and for a period of at least 12 months, which may include a Student, Post-Study or Dependant visa to commence employment.
• We are not able to switch sponsorship on commencement of employment
