Fiona Brown

Fiona joined us in 2019 as Recruitment Administrator, then progressed to Deputy Manager – a vitally important role supporting Shayne our MD.
Fiona oversees the process for candidates from their initial shortlist through to interview, and into post.

Coming from a Client Services background of over 10 years, Fiona was able to utilise her skills to enable her to transition into this role relatively smoothly. Gaining experience and knowledge of both the Recruitment and Healthcare sectors along the way.

Every day is different which keeps us all on our toes and there is always something new to learn.

The most rewarding aspect of this role is seeing a candidate’s journey, right the way through to their first day in a new post.
