Our Recruitment Process

Jarrodean candidates undertake a detailed recruitment process strongly reinforced by a thorough ‘pre-screening’ and ‘pre-selection’ process.
We do not forward candidates for roles without their expressed written consent to represent, having reviewed the job spec and agreed to our representation.

In brief, this comprises the following stages:

  • Initial Enquiry

  • Initial Telephone / Video Clinical Assessment

  • Face to face clinical interview

  • Facilitation of NMC/HCPC Registration (if candidate not yet fully NMC registered)

  • Completion of required compliance and pre-employment training

  • Review on commencement of employment
