Shayne has worked in International Healthcare recruitment for over 25 years, since shortly after his arrival in the UK from his native Australia, in 1997.

London was a far cry from Shayne’s first 18 years growing up in rural Western Victoria where he did his Nurse training which was followed by nine years nursing in a variety of clinical settings in Melbourne.

After two years Nursing at St Thomas’ Hospital in Central London, Shayne then spent nine years working for a UK Critical Care and Theatre staffing business; establishing branches throughout the UK in London, Bristol, Oxford, Manchester, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Belfast.
Moving to the then Pinnacle International in 2009, which was acquired by Medic International in 2010, launching Jarrodean in 2012.
