Stephen Comiskey

Clinical Nurse Consultant, Critical Care

Stephen qualified as an RGN in Scotland in 2004 and has since worked in various ITU, Recovery, A&E and Acute Wards across Scotland and also spent two years in the Middle East.
Stephen’s remit is to assist Shayne and the rest of the Jarrodean team with current clinical input into the process for all Critical Care recruitment. His work to date has been a review of the Critical Care clinical skills competency checklist that some of you may have already seen. This is now available as an online link and takes just a few minutes to complete; if you would like to take a look at this please let us know.
As Jarrodean is predominantly a specialist consultancy, we offer our clients and candidates a more detailed service where possible. This also includes creation of a bespoke CV specific to working in Critical Care.
Our detailed processes are one of the many reasons our hospitals assign their vacancies to us. We find a continually high ratio of nurses short listed for interview as a result of having your Critical Care experience and skills represented as precisely as possible.
Stephen currently works part–time as a clinical ITU Nurse which fits very well into his role here at Jarrodean.
